S-E Central Railway invites bids for ad rights at Bilaspur station

South East Central Railway has invited bids from OOH agencies for awarding sole ad rights or a period of three years for display of commercial advertisements at earmarked locations in the circulating areas and station approach roads at the Bilaspur railway station. Successful bidders will be allowed to display ads on 75 non-lit hoardings covering a total display space of 15,000 sq. ft. The specified size of each hoarding is 20’ X 10’.

As per the tender notice, the total value of this contract is Rs 3,260,350, while the EMD required is Rs 65,210.

The contract shall be awarded for a period of three years. From second year onwards, the license fee will be enhanced by 10 per cent over that of the previous year.

Applicants are required to deposit the earnest money in cash with the Divisional Cashier, SEC Railway, Bilaspur, and they will need to enclose the money receipt in original along with their bids.

The EMD can also be paid through a demand draft from any nationalised bank, favouring FA and CAO, SEC Railway, Bilaspur along with the bid.

Tender forms costing Rs 3,000 can be purchased from the office of the Chief Station Manager, Bilaspur railway station, on any working day up to 6 pm of November 28, 2010.

Duly completed tenders will have to be submitted on November 29, 2010 between 11 am and 4 pm. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 4.30 pm.
