Rajasthan Transport Corp invites bids for ad rights on buses

Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation (RSRTC) has invited bids from interested parties for licensing out composite ad rights on various types of buses. These rights are being offered for displays on bus back panels and branding on passenger head rests and seat covers. The contract has been divided into two categories – Category one comprises 650 ordinary, fast and blue line buses, whereas Category two comprises 63 deluxe and AC buses.

Successful bidders will be allowed to display advertisements of 4’ X 2.5’ size on the back panels of category one buses. For Category two, the advertisements will be allowed on passenger head rests and seat covers.

The earnest money deposit (EMD) required for category one is Rs 3 lakh, whereas for Category two, it is Rs 20,000. The cost of tender forms for these two categories is Rs 500 and Rs 200, respectively.

The tender forms can be procured till 1 pm on October 21, 2010 from the office of Acting Manager (Advertising) on cash payment.

Duly completed tender documents should be submitted latest by 3 pm on October 21, 2010. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 3.30 pm.
