OOH agency AD’s World is likely to get ISO certification by next month. This move is part of the realignment that is happening in the company currently. As part of this development, the company has integrated its existing verticals. Due to the realignment, training is also being imparted to the employees since January this year.
Ajay Dhawan, Founder and CEO, AD’s World, said, “AD’s has undergone a phenomenal growth during the last 14 years. There is a need to streamline the entire organisation processes to maintain uniformity across all the branches in order to be able to provide improved product and service to our valued customers, and enhance their satisfaction level. We firmly believe that implementation of ISO 9001:2000 would help us achieve this and make the company systems driven and be recognised as globally competent. ISO 9001:2000 has enabled us to understand and practice the quality management principles and adopt the process and system approach.”
He further said, “We felt the need to change the way we think. It’s important to change, from having an individual-oriented approach to a systems driven approach.”
The realignment process in the company has been spearheaded by Malika Nanda, DGM-HR, AD’s World. She is also the Joint Management Representative for the ISO programme.
Sharing her perspective on the realignment process, Nanda said, “It’s the optimal utilisation of our existing resource that we have realigned. This will eventually help us in increasing our performance levels and will also get reflected in our turnover too.”
AD’s World currently provides complete solutions to clients by focusing on three different parameters – last mile solutions, solutions at the last 100 metres, and solutions at the last metre. Now with the realignment procedure on, the company has added another vertical to its fold, called the Asset Management.
Dhawan said, “Asset Management is media ownership of day and night sky balloons, mobile kiosks and walky inflatables.” The company is on the lookout for competent people to strengthen its team in this vertical.
Among other things, AD’s World has also got into an arrangement with Air Deccan to market all their properties, including branding of the aircraft, branding of the buses that ferry the passengers, and the branding of the staircases too. With this, the company had become one of the largest OOH agencies offering space on aerial media, informed Dhawan.
