North Western Railway invites ad rights for Jodhpur Division

The Divisional Railway Manager (Commercial), North Western Railway, Jodhpur Division, has invited sealed tenders from interested parties for awarding sole ad rights for a period of three years. The ad rights are being offered for a variety of display formats, including hoardings, unipoles, sign boards, panels, kiosks, etc., for Zone-1 of the Jodhpur Division.

Under the terms, the minimum reserve price for the first year has been kept as Rs 1,596,300 and the earnest money deposit (EMD) required for this tender is Rs 32,000.

The applicable EMD should be deposited in the form of demand draft or money receipt drawn in favour of: The Senior Divisional Finance Manager, North Western Railway, Jodhpur.

Tender forms can be obtained from the office of the Divisional Railway Manager (Commercial), NW Railway, Jodhpur, on payment of Rs 2,000, on any working day up to November 30, 2010.

The tender forms can also be downloaded from the website. However, in that case, a demand draft/ money receipt of Rs 2,000 favouring the Senior Divisional Finance Manager, NW Railway, Jodhpur, should be submitted along with the bid.

Duly completed tenders should be put in the specific tender box available in the Commercial General Branch, Jodhpur. The tenders can be submitted up to 3 pm on December 1, 2010. The tenders will be opened on the same day.
