Nagar Nigam, Dehradun invites tenders for 50 uniploes on Raipur road

Nagar Nigam, Dehradun has invited sealed tenders for licensing out advertising display rights on 50 unipoles located on Rajpur road. The contract shall be awarded for a period of five months commencing from November 1, 2011.

Specified details of the unipoles that are being offered through this tender are as follows:

• 12 unipoles located on the way from RBEC to bus shelter of eucalyptus road.
• 15 unipoles located in front of CDA office.
• 20 unipoles located on the way from survey gate to Jakhan Blind School.
• 3 unipoles located on the way from Mussoorie diversion to Pulia.

Under the terms, the minimum reserve price has been kept as Rs. 32,000 per year for each unipole. A CDR of Rs. 1 lakh will have to be submitted along with the bid. The CDR will have to be drawn in the name of deputy municipal officer.

Tender forms along with detailed terms and conditions can be procured from the Office of the Nagar Nigam, Dehradun, on all working days between 10am and 1.30pm up to October 26, 2010. The cost of tender forms is Rs. 500.

Duly completed tender forms will have to be submitted to the Office of Nagar Nigam, Dehradun, between 10am and 3pm on October 27, 2010.The tenders will be opened at 4pm on the same day.
