MTNL invites bids for ad displays in its telephone exchange buildings in Mumbai

Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd (MTNL), Mumbai has invited expressions of interest (EoI) from advertising agencies for utilising existing hoardings and advertisement displays in telephone exchange buildings of MTNL in the Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai and Bhayandar Municipal Corporation areas.

Interested parties can obtain complete detail of the tender by contacting the Assistant GM of MTNL. Duly completed tenders will have to be submitted by September 15, 2010.

The contract shall be awarded for a period of two years that would be further extended for a period of one more year. This extension shall, however, be based on satisfactory performance of the successful bidder, along with their fulfilling the required terms and conditions.

To be eligible for the contract, interested parties should have had experience in the field of outdoor advertising. Further, they should have sound financial position and good reputation.
