Marketing Division of Indian Oil Corp invites agencies for empanelment

The Marketing Division of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL) has invited applications from agencies for empanelment. The empanelled parties shall be responsible for supply and installation of retail visual identity elements such as monoliths, facility signs, direction signs, spreaders, unipole signs, building and canopy fascia, building/ canopy cladding and high mast signages at retail outlets of IOCL across the country.

This empanelment opportunity is being offered for a period of one year, with a scope of further extension for another year based on the performance and service of the parties. The empanelment would be done on the basis of the following three parts:

Part-A: Supply and installation of standalone items such as monolith, facility signs, directions signs, unipole signs.

Part-B: Supply and installation of spreaders, building fascia, canopy fascia, building cladding, canopy cladding.

Part-C: Supply and installation of high mast tower with signage (HMS).

Applicants can apply for empanelment for any of the individual parts, any two, or all the parts together.

The application forms can be downloaded from the website or can be obtained from the office of IOCL, 6th floor, Engineering Department, Indian Oil Bhavan, G-9, Ali Yavar Jung Marg, Bandra (E), Mumbai - 400 051, on all working days between 10 am and 4 pm, up to December 17, 2010.

Duly completed applications containing all information and supporting documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope superscripting ‘Application for empanelment of Additional Parties for supply/ installation of Retail Visual Identity Elements and High Mast Signage’ and Tender No: HO/ ENG/ PT/ RVI/ 16/ 10-11.

A pre-bid meeting will be held at 2.30 pm on December 24, 2010. Interested parties can submit their applications up to 2.30 pm on January 5, 2011. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 3 pm.
