Laqshya Media to give an outdoor boost to ‘Jodhaa Akbar’

Laqshya Media has been appointed the OOH partner for ‘Jodhaa Akbar’, which has been courting controversy in North India. Commenting on the development, Soumitra Bhattacharya, CEO, Laqshya Outdoors, said, “We are very happy to partner with this magnum opus. Through Laqshya’s media assets and nationwide presence, we will ensure that the film gets maximum exposure in the OOH space.”

“We have also started sale of advertising rights at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport being constructed in Hyderabad. There are lots of innovative OOH advertising opportunities in and around the airport,” explained Bhattacharya.

Laqshya Media has followed a ‘1/10’ strategy – occupying 1/10th of every hoarding pan India – for promoting ‘Jodhaa Akbar’. “This will give the exercise a much needed push, and the film can get its due visibility. The objective is to reach out to people and create excitement for a film of such a grand stature and caliber,” an official note from Laqshya Media stated.

Laqshya Outdoors had also recently bagged the OOH partnership for Aamir Khan’s much acclaimed film ‘Taare Zameen Par’.
