Integrid Media has signed exclusive deals with three leading Mumbai-based OOH media owners – Zenith Outdoors, Bombay Advertising Company and Icon Advertising – to expand its OOH inventory in Mumbai and further strengthen its presence in the OOH space. The deals are worth Rs 4.5 crore per month.
Integrid Media operates in four different verticals – TV and specialty ad sales, out-of-home, Internet and New Media, and activation solutions. The company is involved in media aggregation, representation and reselling business.
Commenting on the development, Anil Mishra, CEO, Integrid Media, said, “We are happy to sign the OOH deals with Zenith Outdoors, Bombay Advertising Company and Icon Advertising. We will be selling their inventory for the next 3-5 years. With this, we will become one of the largest shareholding partners in Mumbai in the OOH space.”
“We got these deals due to our good value offering, professionalism and the way we handle the market in Mumbai, which worked well for us,” Mishra added.
He further said, “We will focus on settling down these acquisitions. Currently, we have 240 billboards in strategic locations and we are in process of acquiring 40-50 billboards through multiple vendors around June-July. Talks are on with the players. Deals usually take two months to succeed. As part of the same strategy, we are also looking at acquiring small and medium agencies in the OOH space in the next two years.”
