HUDA invites bids for ad rights for over 80 outdoor properties

The Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA), Faridabad has invited sealed bids from experienced agencies, offering advertisement rights for display of ads on 30 unipoles, four mobile vans and 50 pole kiosks at various locations across the city. These rights are being offered for a period of five years on a BOT (build-operate-transfer) basis. The EMD required for this tender is Rs 1 lakh.

As per the tender notice, the specified size of the unipoles is 30' x 15'. The size for the pole kiosks has been specified as 3’ x 4’.

Applicants will have to submit a demand draft for Rs 1 lakh towards the EMD along with the bids. The demand draft should be drawn in favour of- Sampada Adhikari, Haryana Urban Development Authority, Faridabad.

Interested agencies can obtain the tender forms with detailed terms and conditions from the office of - Sampada Adhikari, Haryana Urban Development Authority, Faridabad, till September 15, 2010 between 10 am and 5 pm, on payment of Rs 1,000.

Duly completed tenders should reach the office of Sampada Adhikari, Haryana Urban Development Authority, Faridabad, latest by 3 pm on September 16, 2010.
