Himachal Transport Corp offers ad rights on over 300 premium & ordinary buses

The Himachal Road Transport Corporation (HRTC) has invited tenders from interested parties, offering ad rights on its fleet of buses that ply within and outside the state, for a period of one year. This period can be extended for another year. This period can be extended for another year. The ad rights will be awarded for 311 buses.

The tenders should be submitted along with an EMD of Rs 10,000 in the form of a demand draft in favour of – Managing Director, HRTC, Head Office, Shimla – 171003, Himachal Pradesh.

Successful bidders will be required to furnish a security deposit of Rs 50,000 in the form of bank draft within three days from the tender acceptance. If the tender documents are downloaded from the website, Rs 1,000 must be paid towards the cost of the tender documents in the form of a bank draft favouring the Managing Director, HRTC, Shimla - 171003. Tender forms can also be obtained from the above mentioned office by making cash payment of Rs 1,000.

Duly completed tenders need to be submitted by 2 pm on August 5, 2010.The tenders will be opened the same day at 3 pm.
