Graphisads bags OOH rights for Srinagar Airport

Graphisads that specialises in outdoor advertising, has got the exclusive marketing rights for a bouquet of outdoor options including unipoles, standys, wall-mounted signages, conveyor-belt, four-side pillars etc at Srinagar airport. Mukesh Gupta, MD, Graphisads, said, “The response and support we have got from clients is amazing, and was unexpected. We have already got long-term bookings for some media, and are getting regular enquiries for the airport. We are looking to breakeven within a year.”

According to Gupta, Telecom companies, airlines, banks, J&K Tourism and other advertisers have already been using this media to create awareness and build their brand image among a relevant target audience. He explained, “Since road connectivity to Srinagar depends mostly on the vagaries of climate, a lot of people now prefer to travel by flight. Hence Srinagar International Airport has suddenly become the hub of foreign and domestic tourists, business travelers, bureaucrats and other busy people. Naturally, this sudden influx of passengers from and to the airport presents a perfect opportunity for all kinds of advertisers – MNCs, Indian corporate, PSUs, Insurance Companies, FMCG companies and much more.”

Speaking more on the kind of clientele that has already come in, Gupta added, “We are focusing on the education sector. We have bagged four to five new clients like Bajaj Capital ICFP, which is Rs 5 crore worth business. We are doing print and OOH activities for them. Another business we bagged was Makeover business school. We are doing complete outdoor business for them. We are also doing OOH activities for Shriram business school, APJ Group and Asia Pacific in Vasola.”
