CIDCO invites tenders for display of ads at Kharghar railway station in Navi Mumbai

The City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra Limited (CIDCO) has invited applications for the empanelment of sole advertising agency to display advertisements at various premium locations in Kharghar railway station on Belapur-Panvel rail corridor in Navi Mumbai. The empanelled agency shall be responsible for display ads in platforms with double discharge facilities, subway, booking concourse, area on end platform towards Sion-Panvel side highway and forecourt area parallel to the highway.

To be eligible for empanelment, the applicant agencies should have similar experience of handling ad contracts for government, semi-government or other statutory authorities. Relevant documents to this effect will have to be submitted along with the bids.

As per the financial capability criteria specified, the applicants should have an average annual turnover of Rs 5 lakh for the last three years. Supporting documents will have to be submitted along with the bids.

The EMD of Rs 10,000 will have to be deposited through a demand draft from any nationalised/ scheduled bank drawn in the favour of ‘CIDCO Limited'. The demand draft should be payable at Navi Mumbai or Mumbai only.

A pre-bid meeting shall be held on October 15, 2010 at 3 pm in the office of SE (TP III & HQ) at 6th floor, T & C Department, CIDCO Bhavan, CBD. Belapur, Navi Mumbai - 400 614.

Bid documents indicating complete details can be purchased from the above mentioned office on payment of Rs 2,000.

The bids completed in all respect will have to be submitted in the office of SE (TP III & HQ) at 6th floor, T & C Department, CIDCO Bhavan, CBD. Belapur, Navi Mumbai - 400 614 by October 20, 2010, between 11 am and 3 pm. The bids shall be opened on the same day at 3.30 pm.
