Billboard of the week: Tata Housing's strategic display

Tata Housing has been one of the most active real estate brands that have occupied strategic OOH vehicles in the last one year in different markets. Now, Tata Housing steps into Mumbai’s premium real estate arena with a new project called Aveza.

The brand has once again rolled out its marketing plan through an innovative outdoor campaign, which is spread across strategic locations across Mumbai. The outdoor media used in the campaign are large format ones such as gantries and billboards. The long-term outdoor campaign is executed by DDB MudraMax.

exchange4media’s unanimous pick for billboard of the week is Tata Housing’s campaign for Aveza. Here are two reasons why we think the Tata Housing campaign deserves a special mention.

Simple, yet attractive creatives
The idea of displaying of various features of the property in an eye catching manner is a smart move. The brand went beyond replicating print creatives in outdoor media.

Strategic location
Location mapping is the most important thing that brands must keep in mind while rolling out an outdoor campaign. The outdoor formats chosen for the campaign are the ones where there is maximum traffic attention.
