Billboard of the week: Amul’s farewell to Panditji

Amul has made a hattrick presence in our ‘Billboard of the week’ segment. This time Jignesh Maniar, Founder, Onads Communication, has picked Amul’s latest outdoor initiative, which stood out for him amid the clutter in the OOH space in Mumbai.

Amul’s latest advertisement bids goodbye to sitar virtuoso Pandit Ravi Shankar, who passed away on December 12, 2012. It depicts the Amul girl with a sitar and looking at the stars, which form the shape of the instrument, with the tagline: ‘Sitaaron Ke Sitar’.
