WWIL selects MagnaQuest’s ‘MQSubscribe’ for its triple play services

MagnaQuest Technologies Pvt Lts, a global billing solution provider, has signed a deal with Wire and Wireless India Ltd (WWIL) to deploy its flagship product ‘MQSubscribe’ for subscriber management, rating and billing of its triple play services. WWIL, one of India’s largest Multi System Operators (MSO), is a part of the Essel Group with a market capitalisation of over $1.7 billion.

“We choose MQSubscribe for its excellent customer management, rating and billing capabilities. MQSubscribe will allow us to manage our entire customer base consistently and efficiently since the system provides real-time customer management for convergent media service providers like us. In addition, with this new solution, we expect to achieve faster time-to-market, flexibility in service bundling, targeted marketing campaigns and also take advantage of the digital environment,” said Major Gen C L Anand (Retd), Chief Operating Officer of WWIL.

MQSubscribe will be the single customer management and billing platform to support WWIL’s plans of expanding coverage to 66 cities and 10.7 million subscribers.
