Jagdeep Kapur, Chairman and Managing Director, Samsika Marketing Consultants, has authored a brand management book titled, ‘Brand Switch’ which will be formally released in Mumbai on September 24. According to him, the book provides aggressive strategies to gain, retain and regain customers.
Priced at Rs 160, the book is being published by Jaico Publishing House. It targets corporates, executives, management students, NRIs and entrepreneurs. The author has recommended a unique strategy to gain, retain and regain consumers through a brand switch module which in turn recommends strategies to convert, attract, increase, retain and reconvert customers leading to increased sales, marketshare and profits.
Earlier, he has authored popular titles like 24 Brand Mantras and 31 Brand Serve, Brand Naamkaran and 18 Brand Astras.
A visiting faculty at Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, Kapur has a hands-on experience in a large number of brands like Carrier ACs, Otis Elevators, Halls, Mother Dairy, Seven Seas, Cinthol, Nirma, Fevicol, Anchor, etc.
