Rewind 2008: A year of extremes

The year 2008 has been nothing less than a roller coaster ride. The first half of the year reaped the benefits of the economic boom of the past few years, while the second half slowly slid into the whirlpool called ‘global recession’, which began from a few murmurs to probably the oft ‘misused’ word by the end of the year. Hence, aptly we have summed up the year gone by as ‘A Year Of Extremes’. Here’s ‘re-presenting’ you a glimpse of what really went on in 2008 in various domains of advertising, media and marketing.
