Perfect Monitoring adds Samsung & Reliance to its client list

Prefect Monitoring Services, a provider of media monitoring solutions, has added two more names to its client portfolio. The agency will now also provide services to Cheil Communication's client Samsung and to Reliance Infrastructure and Communication.

For clients like Samsung, data on media monitoring also comes from bodies like TAM. Cheil Communication's Mona Jain says, "Both play a different role and are equally important. Perfect Monitoring provides online data, the very next day and helps us in information tracking and implementation of the media plan. TAM on the other hand tracks GRPs and spends and hence helps us with planning and buying."

Commenting on the recent additions, Rajendra Prasad, Head, Strategy and Communications, says, "One of the reasons why we see clients like this come in is that we are the only one's who provide data online and in some cases, within six hours of telecast. We help in collations and consequent access of data is real time."

As per Jain, one way in which this speed in data helps is in factors like tracking the implementation of the plan, "You can accordingly take the necessary steps like make good in case of any loss or the likes. Also they give you proof of telecast. In all, they help at various levels."

Among the other clients that Perfect Monitoring currently takes care of are R K Swamy's Sara Lee Clients and all clients of Percept.
