Media Expo 2007: A platform for innovative OOH signage solutions

Media Expo 2007, an exhibition on indoor and outdoor advertising and signage solutions, got under way on February 16, 2007. The exhibition, which will go on till February 18, 2007, saw participation from numerous players from the indoor and outdoor advertising space, showcasing their latest wares in the OOH space. A concurrent exhibition, Office Expo 2007, is also under way at the same venue, offering complete workplace solutions.

The exhibition has key players from the indoor and outdoor advertising fraternity. Some of the players include Six Sigma Media Solutions, Three D Holograms Pvt Ltd, Magna Graphics (India) Ltd and even outdoor hoardings players like Bright Advertising Agency. The expo is also playing host to a number of banner print technology providers and suppliers.

An interesting innovation on display at this year’s expo is the 3D still and motion imaging technique. A number of brands have already signed up with some of the players for these new age signage solutions. With 3D motion imaging solutions, brands can showcase their products in a far eye-catching manner than the previously used 2D methods.

Many different printing technologies are also on display at the venue, with some major players in this space, demonstrating their technologies at the venue.
