AIM and e4m present the India B2B Media Summit 2010 on February 22

The Association of Indian Magazines (AIM), in collaboration with the exchange4media Group, is organising the India B2B Media Summit 2010 in Mumbai on February 22. The theme of the Summit this year is ‘Building communities digitally’. The event is being co-sponsored by Indian Infrastructure.

The aim of the Summit is to help advertisers understand the business to business domain in India. This summit will see key industry players and, Government officials and publishers address a host of issues concerning the Indian B2B magazine business.

The day-long event will see at least five panel discussions. Panel one will deal with the effectiveness of B2B domain, wherein the panelists will discuss how advertisers are looking at the B2B domain in India, and whether the B2B players have done enough to make the domain relevant to advertisers and media agencies. This panel will also try to find out how to better monetise the B2B domain in India.

Panel two will deal with ‘B2B and the media multiplier effect’, wherein the panelists will try and find the A to Z of connecting with relevant consumers for advertisers. This apart, the panel members will also discuss if B2B publishing companies are better at delivering these in comparison to mainline publishing.

Panel three will cover the editorial challenges of a B2B publication, while panel four will discuss the technology landscape and whether print publishing in B2B would remain lucrative.

The Summit will conclude with a CEO Roundtable and a vote of thanks.
