TV Today Network Ltd on Wednesday informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that following a meeting of its Board of Directors held on October 26, 2009, the appointments of Ashok Kapur and Koel Purie Rinchet to the Board had been approved.

While Kapur will be a Non-Executive Director in independent category, Purie Rinchet has been appointed as a Whole-Time Director in promoter category.

Kapur is the Group Chairman of Krishna Maruti and SKH Groups of Companies and has rich and diversified experience of more than 40 years in the industry.

Purie Rinchet is the daughter of Aroon Purie, Chairman and Managing Director, TV Today. She has varied and rich experience in print, film, electronic media, etc.
