TV5 launches Kannada news channel

Top rated Telugu news channel TV5 forays into Karnataka by launching TV5 Kannada on its successful run for 10 years. TV5 Telugu, launched in 2007 has prominently been among the top two news channels of the region. This is also the only Telugu news channel which is available on the Dish Network in the USA. The launch is slated to take place in Bengaluru on Mahatma Gandhi’s birth anniversary, October 2nd.

With the Telugu news channel reaching about one lakh viewers within two months of its launch, high expectations are set for the-to-be-launched Kannada news channel.

While doing so, we enchant to give our best to Kannada homes with knowledge, information and thought-provoking content,” he added in the launch invite.

The other channels under TV5 are TV5 News, Hindu Dharmam, TV5 Money, TV5 USA , apart from TV5 Kannada.
