The Yash Birla Group has unveiled its new corporate identity. The new identity comes at a time when the Rs 20 billion turnover Group is preparing to announce a series of new business initiatives. The 145-year old institution, which is the one of the largest manufacturers of core auto ancillary and various other industrial products in India, is set to reflect its true image.
“We are proud to introduce our new corporate identity. Our new logo is intended to better reflect the value and personality of the Group as we expand. It also shows that we are as strong and progressive as ever, and that we are constantly increasing our knowledge and skills better to serve our clients. The new identity, dynamism and excellence will bring a sense of rejuvenation and growth to the company and its employees,” said Yash Birla, Chairman, Yash Birla Group.
The new logo, designed by Bydesign, is the ‘Conch’, which announces the birth of a dynamic, value driven Group, while the colour red epitomises the spirit of excellence, strength, courage and leadership. The logo signifies and conveys what the company stands for, in terms of its commitment to customers and brand values. The new corporate identity reflects the Group’s value based business ethics, transparency of operations and excellence in corporate governance.
This initiative also embarks a complete restructuring of the group. Currently, a print campaign is already on which unveils the new identity of this diversified group.
The Group has diversified interest in industries like steel pipes, machine tools, cutting tools, tool holders, iron castings, power solution products, multipurpose engines pumps, electrical appliances, viscose, staple fibre, textiles carpets, furnishing, lifestyle, IT, publication, travel, electricity insulation, tapes and property development.
