The leadership team consists of four managing partners Brian Almeida, Rajat Sethi, Nanette Dsa and B Sriram and has a presence in Mumbai & Delhi.
Sethiand Almeidaare both specialists and experienced practitioners in direct marketing, CRM and loyalty solutions,having successfully led and managed country operations for marketing communication companies, such as Wunderman, DentsuMarcom, MRM and Direxions respectively.
They have developed solutions for companies in diverse Industry verticals, including Airlines, Hospitality, Retail, Media, FMCG, Insurance, Automotive and on-line Retail,
Sethi has also been on the jury of Cannes Lions and Echo International and has again been selected as Jury for Lions Direct at the 2014 Cannes Advertising Festival.
Nanette Dsa brings with her the expertise and knowledge of brand solutions and expansion through Customer and Franchisee acquisition programs alongwith licensing and merchandising. Her experience includes leading the Marketing and Brand function for Disney, Mattel, STAR TV and heading a hospitality &restaurant chain as Group CEO.
B Sriram leads the healthcare vertical having worked in leading pharmaceutical MNCs in India and China with his most recent assignment being with Sanofi Pasteur as Director – Marketing as well as developing solutions and ‘go to market’ strategies for new cutting edge products in the pharma and healthcare space.
