Sandeep Kataria is now Director –Consumer Commercial at Vodafone India

Sandeep Kataria who had joined Vodafone India in June 2015, as Director Marketing Capability for the Vodafone Group, has been made  Director –Consumer Commercial. His new role is applicable  with effect from this month.  In his new role Kataria will have the overall strategic responsibility for the Commercial functions of Vodafone’s Consumer business.

Prior to joining Vodafone, Kataria was with Yum Restaurants since 2010 where he held the roles of the Chief Marketing Officer of Indian Subcontinent across KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell and CEO of the Pizza Hut UK business.

Kataria leverages over 17 years of experience in Unilever where he was tasked with roles across general management, global brand management and strategy in India and Global Operations based out of UK.

The group released the Little Hearts online-only campaign, #BreakSomeHearts, early this year and is on the path to make many more of its brands available on the digital platform
