MRSS India celebrates listing on BSE platform

Raj Sharma and Sarang Panchal of MRSS India announced that the company has become India’s first listing in Market Research industry on the Bombay Stock exchange SME platform.

The official announcement of the listing was on made on July 16, 2015 at Bombay Stock Exchange office. The total initial public offering was Rs 1,42,80,000 at the issue price of Rs 12.75 each, the face value of the equity shares was Rs 10 each at the minimum application size of Rs 1,27,500. The issue opened on Tuesday, June 30 and closed on Thursday, July 2 and was oversubscribed almost twice.

To celebrate the event, the agency hosted a party at MCA Recreation Centre, BKC, with various industry heads in attendance including Vikram Sakhuja, Sanjeev Agarwal, Gurbir Singh, Dhunji Wadia, Vinit Bagadia, Makarand Kulkarni, Devendra Gangras and Deepak Subramani.

MRSS India has a range of offerings such as eye tracking, mobile analytics, video analysis, facial recognition, digital tracking, online communities, neuroscience, emotional analysis, automated audience measurement, sensory sciences, etc.
