Mediacom Communications, Nestle lead the pack at Indian Marketing Awards 2016

exchange4media celebrated the best and brightest work seen in marketing at the annual Indian Marketing Awards held in Delhi today. The Indian Marketing Awards 2016 or IMA 2016 were presented by Sakal Media Group and powered by & TV.

The awards spanned 12 categories---Brand Activation; Brand Extension, Brand Revitalisation; Business-to-Business Marketing; Cause Related Marketing; Consumer Insight; Digital Marketing, Social Media, Mobile Marketing; E-Commerce; Marketing Communication; Marketing on a Small Budget; Not for Profit Marketing and New Brand, Product or Service Launch and were decided by an eminent jury of 11 industry specialists headed by Jury Chair, Suresh Narayanan, Chairman and Managing Director of Nestle India Limited.

In all, 25 awards were given away, which included 9 Gold metals, 9 Silver metals and 7 Bronze metals.

Mediacom Communications won 1 Gold and 2 Silver metals. It won a Gold for ‘P&G- Ariel-Dads Share the load - Men for Laundry’ campaign in the Consumer Insights category.

Other Gold winners included mSix for U Quit I Quit for Cipla Health Ltd, McCann Worldgroup for the Maggi relaunch campaign, netCore solutions for ‘A Call for Skill Development’ for COAI-PMKVY, ZenithOptimedia for ‘Restoring Faith in the Aftermath of a Crisis’ for Nestle’s Maggi, Myntra for its End of Season sale campaign, DB Corp for its ‘Zidd Karo Duniya Badlo’ campaign, SAB TV for SAB TV Khidki and Viacom18 Media for MTV The JunkYard Project.

Overall, Nestle India ended up with 4 wins; the most for any single brand. These included 2 Gold metals, 1 Silver and 1 Bronze metals.
