Nischal Puri, founder and promoter of Brandis India, has stepped down as the managing director of the company. On this Puri said,“Brandis has been built with passion and drive and it has come to a level where it doesn’t need my full time engagement. We are incredibly proud of the journey undertaken, starting with the funding received to the current stage where we have two established brands, multiple manufacturing facilities and a stable pipeline of exports.”
Brandis India was conceptualised and conceived by Puri in 2010, Brandis manufacturing and Marketing Pvt. ltd. operates in the women’s lingerie and men’s active wear business. I continue to be on the board and will always wish the brands I helped build the very best. It has been a long standing desire to give back some of the knowledge I have gained through public speaking forums, and from my experience of more than 30 years in the business of building brands, consulting for them and more recently raising funds for ventures, I truly believe in.”
