Karan Kumar is set to move on from ITC LIMITED as Head of Marketing Lifestyle Retailing Business Division; he was elevated to his current role in September last year. Kumar has been with ITC limited for over 15 years now, he started as Assistant under training in 2001 and has been with the organisation ever since, across verticals and varied roles including Head - FMCG Business, Mumbai, Brand Manager, Confectionery Brands ITC Limited (Foods Business) and Marketing manager to name a few.
Kumar is known to understand his brand’s audiences and what it takes to drive his brand’s advocacy, taking them to leadership positions. Also a Divisional Management Committee member at ITC limited, he has rich experience of overall business strategy including creation of multi-horizon strategic business plans, driving business, revenue and margin expansion through improved market standing and segment leadership.
