Hunter Douglas India, aleaderin luxury window fashion products,has launched an engagement and interactive initiative through a portal.The company decided to firm up a reach-out programme with top interior designers in the country with the launch of an invitation only platform, christened Hunter Douglas Designers Club.

The platform supports the entire cycle of association with the influencer, namely, product familiarity, reach through exclusive Hunter Douglas Galleries, demonstration, implementation and finally rewards to the interior designer community. The whole idea stemmed from the fact that a new and exclusive product needed a much longer hand holding to establish its presence and scaling up amongst a closed group besides the brand wanted to resonate on a huge referral potential of the product. Itwas also important to integrate the entire value chain of its sales team, retail galleries and Interior designers in one common chord, which beautifully got achieved seamlessly with the technology intensive web platform,

Moreover, the web-based platform being available on a 24x7 format, it is flexible for the entire stake holder community to reach out and access, retrieve data in a flexible way which will be a great service differentiator.”

On the platform, an interior designer is able to list down all their specifications – customer prospects wise, view product galleries, link it to retail galleries, line up demonstrations, track the movement of prospect to sales, monitor sales and delivery cycles, installations, besides tracking their own sales pipeline.
