Havells India appoints Amit Tiwari of Philips as Vice President, Marketing


Havells India has appointed Amit Tiwari as Vice President, Marketing. Highly placed sources have confirmed this news to exchange4meida.


Prior to joining Havells India, Tiwari was working as Director Marketing, Indian Subcontinent – Brand, Communication & Digital, Philips India. He led the development of brand architecture, for both B2C and B2B marketing and profitable innovations that focused towards meeting the strategic P&L objectives of the organisation.


Tiwari was associated with Philips for nearly a decade. He joined the company in 2008 as Country Manager, Marketing Communications and Media. He was promoted as General Manager, Country Head- Marketing Communications and Media in 2010 and later to Director, Country Head, Media, Communications & Digital, in 2012 before taking over the role of Director Marketing, Indian Subcontinent – Brand, Communication & Digital, Philips India, in 2014.


Tiwari is a Management Graduate from the Indian School of Business (ISB) and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management for Senior Executives (PGPMAX). He also holds an MBA from CMD, Modi Nagar.
