Events & entertainment industry all geared up for EEMAGINE 2013

Jaipur will play host to the sixth annual convention of the Event and Entertainment Management Association (EEMA). EEMAGINE 2013 will be held from September 5 to 7. The EEMAX Awards will also be given away during the convention.

In the sixth edition, EEMAGINE will see the presence of industry stalwarts such as Robert Norman, Music Agent, CAA; Roshan Abbas, MD, Encompass Events; Brian Tellis, Founder, Fountain Head Promotions & Events and President, EEMA, among many others.

As is known, EEMA was established in 2008 to recognise the Rs 5,000 crore events and entertainment industry in India. As a voice of the industry, EEMA addresses the problems faced by the fraternity and also recognises path-breaking work in the industry. EEMA has created various properties – namely, EEMAX Awards, EEMAGINE convention and Students Contest. EEMA will be sponsoring 25 students to attend the convention and learn from the who’s who of the industry.

EEMAX Awards recognise experiences that are created and executed by EEMA member agencies. The Awards have 26 categories that cover every aspect of the events and entertainment industry, including Best Signature Event, Best Wedding, Best Use of Technology in an Event and Event of the Year. Contestants can send in their entries for the EEMAX Awards 2013 till July 15 through an online process.
