CricHQ appoints Aroon Kumar as General Manager, Global Marketing

Aroon Kumar has joined CricHQ as General Manager of Global Marketing and will lead the company's investment in India.

As an award winning marketer & Digital Business Leader, Kumar brings with him 14 years of experience in marketing, branding, consumer insights, advertising, digital, mobile and social media marketing.

In his previous social and digital media assignments, he has delivered some of the benchmark social, digital and mobile marketing campaigns in India and other geographies for brands like Ernst & Young, ACER India, Pepsi, Delhi DareDevils, Nestle, Ford India, Samsung, HDFC Bank, Colgate Palmolive – Australia, Maruti Suzuki, Singapore Tourism, UNICEF, PMO-India, Turkish Airlines, etc.

Commenting on his appointment, Jarred Sewell, CricHQ’s CMO said, “In Aroon we have a world class marketer who is perfectly suited to lead CricHQ towards achieving our growth targets. It is exciting to be in a position to build a world class marketing team around him in New Delhi.”

The CricHQ platform includes mobile and tablet scoring capabilities, and will now also be able to offer best of breed laptop based scoring.
