Commenting on the new move, Ashish Jalan, CEO and Director of Concept PR, said: “Kerala has always been an interesting market and is very important to us. We will soon have our presence in Thiruvananthapuram and Kozhikode to cover the entire state. As a multi-specialty communication firm with expertise in sectors such as banking and financial services, infrastructure, auto engineering, power, education, healthcare & pharma, sports, entertainment, lifestyle, telecom & technology, and startups, we will provide service to diversified corporate, PSU and Government establishments in Kerala. We are extremely pleased to welcome Ajith to head the business in Kerala. With his rich media and communications experience in both government and the corporate sector, Ajith will drive the growth of the business in Kerala.” Ajith will be reporting to Sunil Nair, Chief Operating Officer--South, Concept PR.

Talking about his new role, Ajith Kumar said, “Kerala has seen quick growth in business in many sectors other than tourism in the recent years. In his previous stint with the Government of Kerala, Ajith was handling Social Media for the Chief Minister of Kerala during Oommen Chandy’s tenure and was also responsible for managing public relations of Commercial Taxes Department. In the communications field, he has also worked as the Bengaluru head for Zzebra Public Relations. Starting his career in journalism in the mid-90s, Ajith has worked with India Today, India Info, Down To Earth, and has been associated with The Hindu as a freelance writer.
