Col. Rajyavardhan Rathore to release Pitch Madison Advertising Report 2016 on Feb 11

The Pitch Madison Advertising Report, the most awaited report on predictions of ad spends in the media and advertising industry, will be released by Col. Rajyavardhan Rathore, Minister of State for Information & Broadcasting, at Trident, BKC in Mumbai on February 11. The report, launched by Pitch magazine of the exchange4media Group in partnership with Madison World, tracks and analyses how and where advertising monies were spent last year, and projects the future growth. It aims at understanding the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead for marketers and various media – Print, TV, Radio, OOH, Internet, and cinema.

Sam Balsara, Chairman, Madison World will present the highlights of the report, analysing its findings. A panel including media moguls Benoy Roychowdhury, Executive Director, HT Media, Girish Agarwal, Director, Dainik Bhaskar Group and Ashok Venkatramani, CEO, ABP News Network will discuss the media’s Make-in-India story, along with the Minister and Sam Balsara.

At the event, VL Rajesh, CEO, ITC Foods will deliver a talk on ‘Marketing through the lens of a CEO’, while Bharat Puri, CEO, Pidilite Industries will share his views on ‘What Indian marketers get right and what they can learn from multinationals’. Raj Nayak, CEO, Colors will speak on why TV is the evergreen medium, and Pradeep Shrivastava, Marketing Director, Reliance Jio will talk of content as the new arsenal in a marketer’s kitty. Vikram Sakhuja, CEO, Madison Media Group will decipher for the audience why advertisers don’t get the best out of media.

Over the years, the Pitch Madison Advertising Report has become a point of reference for marketers, media owners, media buying and planning professionals to stay updated on industry trends and key developments in various mediums. Besides the growth report of different mediums of media in terms of revenue and forms, the report includes additional information such as top category spenders, biggest gainers by state and top publication gainers, amongst other insights.
