Cadbury’s has more sweets for this Diwali. The chocolate maker is launching Cadbury’s Celebrations Rich Dry Fruit Collection—a range of premium chocolate gift boxes for the festive days. The gift packs are available at Rs 200, Rs 225 and Rs 250. A new advertising campaign is also planned for the Diwali bonanza with none other than the Big B.
The collection caters to a premium-gifting consumer and is an ideal festive gift. It is a unique combination of the best Cadbury’s chocolate and premium dry fruits. This combination will be available in select outlets in select cities across India for the first time.
Sanjay Purohit, Director Marketing, Cadbury India limited, said, “These are our special offerings to give consumers unique gifting options this festive season. Chocolates and dry fruits are a very attractive combination for gifting. We have offered this to consumers in a new and exciting format, which will make it a special buy for the consumer. Besides, consumers are slowly moving away from traditional to youthful contemporary gifting. We believe our new option of dry fruits enrobed in Cadbury’s chocolate will penetrate the traditional premium-gifting segment. ”
The Rich Dry Fruit Collection comes in three different formats. Each of these is a mix of select premium dry fruits enrobed in rich Cadbury’s Dairy Milk chocolates. The ranges available includes chocolate pieces of Nutty Delight, Almond Apricot, Java Roast, Crunchy Treat and Rum n Raisin priced at Rs 200 per gift box. Roast Almond, Mixed Dry Fruit and Nut Butterscotch chocolate bars priced at Rs 250 per gift box and dry fruits covered with Cadbury’s chocolate in interesting variations such as Cashew Magic, Almond Magic, Nut Butterscotch, Raisin Magic priced at Rs 225 per gift box.
“A special campaign has also been made ready, featuring Cadbury’s brand ambassador Amitabh Bachchan for the Diwali offer. Bachchan will be promoting the package offers in the commercial. The commercial is being handled by O&M and will be on air soon,” informed an official spokesperson.
