Brand-comm readies itself for second edition of ‘brandware’

Bangalore-based Brand-comm is gearing up to start the second edition of ‘brandware’, a comprehensive brand management course that will span over six weekends, starting June 25. The course will be led by Ramanujam Sridhar, author of ‘One Land One Million Minds’ and ‘Googly-Branding on Indian Turf’. Sridhar has specially designed the second edition to help practicing managers learn newer aspects of branding and also simplify branding for professionals.

Sridhar, CEO, Brand-comm, said, “The value of brand management in today’s competitive global environment has increased as organisations continue to compete in overcrowded markets. As consumers become more sophisticated and the plethora of products almost identical, the need to differentiate through emotional attachment has become crucial.”

brandware will equip the participants with the knowledge and skills to manage complex brands within an Indian context and will encourage innovation amongst them. This course deals with important issues both at the individual product level and the firm level, and is designed for those anticipating careers in brand management as well as for those with an interest in marketing management, communication and general management.

The first edition was very well received by senior executives from Toyota Kirloskar Motors, Titan, Nokia, TTK, Indus League and such big industrial names. The course ensures the right exposure to the people in the industry in just six weekends. The methodology of teaching is based on case studies, industry knowledge sharing and path breaking presentations.
