BPCL starts Vehicle Care centre at its retail outlets

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has come up with a new concept of Vehicle Care centre at its retail outlets. It also announced the launch of Ollways, the BPCL's co-branded range of car care products, in the Capital on Wednesday.

On the new concept, S Radhakrisnan, director- Marketing, BPCL, said, "V- Care is another initiative by BPCL in line with its commitment to offer the customers the ultimate in terms of convenience, service quality and reliability. Customers will now be able to get vehicle maintenance and servicing done from authorised source at appropriate cost and a more convenient location."

While developing V- Care proposition we analysed customer mindset and attitude towards his vehicle," said Pankaj Sapru, Deputy Manager, Vehicle Care. V- Care is restricted to provide basic services like fluid charge, filter replacement, washing, wheel balancing and alignment, vacuum cleaning and vehicle grooming, he said.

BPCL has tied up with S S Industrial Corporation for the marketing of Ollways. Speaking on the launch of the new product range, Radhakrishnan, said, " The endeavor of BPCL has always been to bring quality products for the customers. Ollways, our line of vehicle care products, will help the customer keep his vehicle well turned out."

Ollways will be exclusively packed for and marketed by Bharat Petroleum. It will be sold through BPCL retail outlets.
