Ajay Kaul steps down as CEO Jubilant FoodWorks

Ajay Kaul, CEO, Jubilant Food Works has stepped down from his role after more than a decade long stint with the company.

"Kaul has stepped down to evaluate and pursue opportunities outside the Jubilant Bhartia group," Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd said in a filing before the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Monday.

Kaul joined JFL from logistics firm TNT Express in Indonesia. A XLRI, Jamshedpur alumni, he has worked at American Express bank and domestic airline ModiLuft.
