99acres.com launches new OOH campaign

The outdoor ad campaign of real estate portal 99acres.com by Span Communications spreads across transit mediums like Volvo buses and radio cabs in the major metros of Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore and Hyderabad. Billboards and over head signages with collections of 3D keys dangling in the breeze are accompanied by the tagline: ‘A Home for Every Dream, Whatever the Size’. The campaign is live in Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore & Hyderabad.

Keeping in mind the fact that 99acres.com offers property options for interested parties from all socio-economic classes, the campaign addresses the desire to be a home owner with a simple straightforward creative.

As an innovative enhancement to the clutter free creative, real 3D metallic keys were hung up on few strategically located billboards, which were placed in a way that they keys would sway gently in the wind.

Furthermore, on certain key stretches like DND Flyway in Delhi NCR, branded passages were created consisting of large format mediums clubbed with flagpoles and reflective pots.

High footfall malls like The Great India Place in Noida, which aggregates a monthly footfall of over 29 lakh people every month, were also targeted using cube signs.

Commenting on the ad work, Sumeet Singh, Senior VP Marketing, Corporate Communications and Alliances said, “It is heartening to see the positive response for the current OOH Campaign. Starting from the creative design to media selection, planning and execution, the successive rollout across multiple key markets has been done well and within set timelines.”
 

The group released the Little Hearts online-only campaign, #BreakSomeHearts, early this year and is on the path to make many more of its brands available on the digital platform
