Nick beefs up content line-up with two new shows

Nick has added two more shows to its schedule from December. The new shows – ‘Go, Diego, Go!’ and ‘Perman’ – will be aired on Sundays and weekdays, respectively. With the announcement of these two new shows, Nick has launched 13 shows in all from the beginning of this year.

‘Go, Diego, Go!’ is an international show from the Nick stable, while ‘Perman’ has been acquired for broadcast in the country.

“The launch of these new shows is in line with our programming strategy of not only bringing the shows that are ‘entertaining’, but also ‘safe-for-kids-viewing’. Over the last one year, Nick has become the preferred destination for kids looking for ‘masti’ and ‘comedy’, and I am sure that both ‘Perman’ as well as ‘Go, Diego, Go!’ will further strengthen this association,” said Nina Jaipuria, VP and GM, Nick.

While ‘Go, Diego, Go!’ is a half-hour animated show targeted at young kids, ‘Perman’ is for kids in the 4-14 year age-group. An entertaining play-n-learn show, ‘Go, Diego, Go!’ helps kids understand and appreciate animal life in habitats other than their own. ‘Perman’, a half-hour animated show, has been created by Fujiko Fujio.
