Cartoon Network Enterprises introduces ‘Back to School’ collection

Cartoon Network Enterprises (CNE), the licensing and merchandising division of Turner Entertainment Group, has launched a special ‘Back to School’ product range in time for the new school sessions.

The specially designed range features some of the most popular toon characters, including the Powerpuff Girls, Dexter and Johnny Bravo, adorning school bags, lunch boxes, water bottles, and stationery items.

Through these new products, CNE wants to make going back to school after the summer vacations even more exciting and fun.

Said Jiggy George, Licensing Director, India and South Asia, CNE, “We had earlier launched some school stationeries last year, which was a runaway success among kids. The goal at CNE is to carry the magic of our iconic toon stars beyond the realms of television, into the lives of the Indian kids. We expect that the new ‘Back to School’ collection will be as popular amongst kids as our other ranges, and they will carry these high quality product ranges featuring their favourite Cartoon Network toon stars with them to their schools.”

The bags range include trolley school bags, horizontal bags, vertical bags and nursery bags, while the plastics range include water bottles, lunch boxes and mugs.

The new range will be available at multi-brand outlets such as Shoppers’ Stop, Lifestyle, Spencer’s, Pantaloon, Ebony, Piramyd and Hypercity across the country.
