Media sales

• Understand the services of our company thoroughly
• Understand the skills and expertise of our company
• Understand the services that the company provides in media (print, multimedia and web)
• Understand the requirements of the customer and map it to the expertise and skills within the organization
• Develop a complete understanding of the customer segment for such products
• Meet with business targets set for the accounting year on a monthly basis and ensure a steady booking of orders throughout the year
• Build company profile and brand image in the market through sustained campaigns
• Set evaluation parameters to gauge the customer satisfaction about the products and services
• Continuously monitor customer satisfaction
• Strategize effectively to create new customers on a continuous basis
• Market intelligence activities for the sector identify clients and needs
• Provide strategic inputs through proposals based on what the market demands
Candidate Profile
- An MBA with at least minimum 3 years + experience in media sales
- Aggressive but pleasant attitude.
- must have worked in a space selling profile
- Should be a leader who will inspire and be willing to meet different and new people.
- Excellent communication skills. Good command over language – English
- Excellent computer skills. Proficient in Office suite / software

Responsibilities • Marketing of Ad Slots / commercial time to agencies, clients
• Formulating of Sales Strategy / models for sale of AD’s
• Maintain active communication with clients and build effective database of clients & agencies.
