channel Mahuaa (Bhojpuri) in
2008. This was India's first
channel dedicated to the Bhojpuri
Diasporas. The Company was incorporated

entertainment solutions for
the country through its broadcasting
initiatives. MMPL as its initial
endeavor has already spread
arms throughout the states of
Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Uttaranchal,

1.
Will do content research and
strategy role .Working closely
with the Network Research Head.
Candidate would be a point person
to co-ordinate with research
colleagues in other cities.
2. Candidate
would be responsible for handling
all the research requirements
of 1 or more channels as the
case may be. Analysis of TAM
viewership data would be a key
role. Candidate would be responsible
for analyzing data, creating
reports and most importantly
providing strategic insights
for the top management, marketing,
programming and sales.
3. Candidate
would also be responsible for
creating the FPC of the channel,
as well as promo planning.
4. Content
research would be a key job
role. The job would also require
commissioning research (Qualitative
and Quantative) research. Coordinating
with research agencies. Where
required candidate would look
at alternate industry data like
IRS, TGI Census as per the company
