Responsibilities |
1.
Development of a Sales plan
with the Sales team
• Identifying the market
prospects and developing a strategy
for alerting the market to the
opportunities the products offer.
• Establishing a plan
to achieve agreed sales targets
and allocating specific targets
for the sales staff. The Sales
Manager will be responsible
for monitoring, forecasting
and reporting on sales progress
and activity of their region.
• Gain market intelligence
through developing a close working
relationship with clients and
use of related media and communicating
that intelligence to help develop
strategy.
•Collaborate with sales
team for accurate execution
stand allocation and contracts.
• Maximizing the sales
efforts of yourself and team
using all methods available
including telemarketing, direct
sales, e-marketing and personal
visits to prospects.
2.
Sales Management follow up
•
Coordinate regular sales meetings
with the supervisor to report
progress, and discuss overcoming
objections, sales training
requirements, performance
successes and issues.
•Creating and maintaining
quality sales correspondence.
• Ensuring timely follow
up of sales leads from multiple
channels to the sales team.
• Ensure the input of
data in CMS is up to date
across all products and work
accordingly with team to ensure
this is achieved.
• Ensure that a range
of sales activities are in
place and that you are working
effectively with the support
of these activities.
3.
Administrative
• Administration and
archiving of contracted sales
documentation.
• Maintenance and update
of data system i.e. sales
(history) database of current
and potential exhibitors
• Cancellations management

Qualifications |
2-3 years experience in sales
management, ideally in tradeshow
exhibit sales, publishing or
online product sales
- Bachelor’s
degree in communication,
business administration,
marketing or related field
- Strong
sales track record, ideally
you should have achieved
minimum target of 50% in
your region & experience
managing a region.
- Demonstrated
ability to think strategically
- Detail
oriented and strong organization
skills a must
- Excellent
written and verbal communication
skills
- Must
be a motivated team playerTravel
