market while referencing
syndicated research data
such as Nielsen, etc.

Optimise
current agency and client

to position the Station
to dominate the radio space
through higher Brand Counts/Direct
Clients.

Develop
sales plans and goals by
studying and understanding
the station's market and
seek approval all sales
promotion campaigns from
the Sales Head

Determine price schedules
and discount rates in tandem
with the Sales Head.

Review operational records
and reports to project sales
and determine profitability.

Monitor
and analyse sales and marketing
activity against goals.

Scan the environment to
gain insights into competitor
strategies, potential business
opportunities and market
