Zee Telefilms bring down foreign holding below 49 per cent

Zee Telefilms have acquired 299 lakh shares from Delgreda Limited to bring down foreign holding to below 49 per cent from about 56 per cent earlier. The internal restructuring has been done with a view to bring down the foreign holding to a level below 49 per cent for the purpose of complying with certain licencing requirements benefiting Zee’s business.


Kranti Gada joined the family business at Shemaroo in 2006 after a successful stint of over two years in marketing at Pepsi Co. She has been associated with the company for 12 years.
