Zee Cinema launched in the UK

Close on the heels of the launch of the Star TV here, Zee Network has launched a new channel - Zee Cinema - in the UK, flooding the Asian diaspora with the latest Bollywood movies. Announcing the launch, Tony D’Silva, president, international Zee Network said the new movie channel would be the only Asian TV channel to show six movies a day.

The films will cater to all generations with a mix of classics, comedies and the latest Bollywood films. Besides films, there will be the latest news and gossip from Bollywood, star interviews, behind the scenes and news as it happens in the Indian film industry.

The channel will also telecast the India-Australia cricket series starting from February 27 live from India.
