Zee’s new gameshow to be hosted by Ashutosh Rana

Baazi Kiski, Zee’s latest game show, is expected to go on air shortly. It is learnt that Zee has completed the shooting for approximately 10 episodes. Mr. Ashutosh Rana, better known for his role as a psychopath in Dushman, will be hosting the show. Incidentally, Mr. Rana was scheduled to replace Anupam Kher in Zee’s ill-fated game show Sawaal Dus Crore Ka.

The hour-long show will be telecast on the network’s primary channel, Zee TV. The time band and the launch date could not be ascertained at this stage. The first set of episodes for Baazi Kiski was shot in Famous Studios in Mumbai.

Baazi Kiski will have the same production team as Sawaal Dus Crore Ka. The show is being positioned as a gender battle and will revolve around the concept of “the battle can swing either way.”

The game show will offer prizes like refrigerators, cars and television sets. Baazi Kiski will comprise five rounds starting with the elimination round. This process of elimination will continue till the man and the woman get to face each other on a one-to-one. The game show will consist of a buzzer round and prizes being given away in cash and kind.

Whether Baazi Kiski will pull it off remains to be seen considering most game shows are currently going through rough weather.
